The Concentration in Project Management & Process Improvement provides students the advanced knowledge and skills in managing deliverables for their organization. Join peers from diverse industries and study risk management, Six Sigma, how to manage operations through entire life cycles, and more. Please note: the UHD Concentration in Project Management & Process Improvement is the only one that may be split in half and added as an Emphasis to another Concentration. For example, a student may study a Concentration in Leadership with an Emphasis in Process Improvement, or a Concentration in Supply Chain Management with an Emphasis in Project Management, etc. No other Concentration may be split and added as an Emphasis, however.
